Shipping times and costs vary according to the item or items purchased. Delivery times are specified on the Product detail page, which can vary very quickly based on the flow of orders received, special holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.), natural disasters, epidemics, third party strikes, government blockades. . The Seller delivers the purchased products by specialized carriers.

Products shipped to Europe are delivered approximately, except for some products whose shipping times are indicated on the product page, within 5-8 working days from shipment. The delivery terms indicated above are purely indicative and not essential. Couriers take 1 or 2 more days to deliver on disadvantaged islands and CAPs. Any variation to the above will be promptly communicated via e-mail to the Customer. In the event of failure to indicate a specific delivery term, this will in any case take place within thirty days from the conclusion of the contract. The goods travel accompanied by a tax receipt. To receive the goods accompanied by an invoice, it is necessary to request the issuance from the Seller by email immediately after placing the Order. All the necessary data must be indicated in the email, including the VAT number. Billing requests that will arrive after the shipment of the goods will not be accepted.
